Conceptualised by Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si and her talented Pastry Team, this local-inspired offering is served daily in two seatings: 1.00pm–3.00pm and 4.00pm–6.00pm.


Guests are greeted with the signature Nyonya Bloom — a fragrant blend of peach, passionfruit, pandan, and gula melaka — before indulging in a beautifully curated selection of savouries such as Otah-otah with Five Spice Meringue, Prawn and Mango Toast, Tamarind Beef Pastrami, and Scallop XO Butter Tea Sandwiches, as well as sweets like Black Sesame Mochi Tart, Teh Halia Cheesecake, and Chilli Chocolate Éclair.
