From 12 December 2025 to 3 January 2026, Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie at Momentus Hotel Alexandra presents Magical Christmas Moments with a festive buffet dinner that begins with a sparkling wine reception on the pool deck, complete with Jamon Iberico de Bellota and savoury canapés. The star attraction, Le Grande Roasts, showcases eight premium cuts such as the 14-day Butter-aged Argentinian Beef Ribeye, Tajima Wagyu Rump (MBS 8), US Prime Beef Short Ribs, Herb-Crusted Lamb Rack, Sakura Pork Tomahawk, Crackling Pork Porchetta with Truffle and Herbs, Gammon Ham and Fillet Mignon Beef Wellington.
The feast continues with a Seafood Bar offering King Crab Legs, Japanese Oysters, Half-Shell Scallops, Poached Live Tiger Prawns, and fresh sashimi served tableside, alongside salads, cold appetisers, hearty soups, hot dishes, and a cheese and charcuterie spread. Festive desserts round up the experience with a Christmas Tree Croquembouche, Snowman Pavlova, Pink Chocolate Fondue, signature Cempedak Crème Brûlée, Gingerbread Trifle and Red Velvet Yule Log Cake.
From 1 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, the Magical Christmas Semi-Buffet Lunch offers a lighter festive experience featuring highlights such as the 14-day Butter-aged Argentinian Beef Ribeye and Mediterranean Seafood Stew, complemented by seasonal appetisers, hot dishes and desserts.
