Shangri-La Singapore unveils a culinary collaboration between The Line — one of the city’s most beloved international buffet restaurants — and Beng Hiang Restaurant , a heritage name in authentic Hokkien cuisine since 1978. From now to 19 November 2025, diners are invited on a flavourful journey that bridges tradition and innovation, as Beng Hiang’s timeless Hokkien classics join The Line’s renowned global buffet spread.

Highlights include traditional favourites such as Hokkien Noodles braised in a robust pork bone and prawn broth with crispy pork lard, umami-rich Fish Maw Soup with crab meat, and the melt-in-your-mouth Kong Ba Bao featuring soy-braised pork belly and soft steamed buns. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted Spiced Sausage and Fried Prawn Balls, and Braised Duck with Sea Cucumber stewed to tender perfection.
