Thanying Restaurant at Amara Singapore , a pioneer of Thai fine dining since 1988, unveils a refreshed culinary experience under Head Chef Tamawat Itthipornwithool (Chef Gust). The new menu honours royal Thai culinary traditions while introducing 19 new dishes across its à la carte selection, set menus, and an all-new Executive Set Lunch. To further elevate the dining journey, Thanying has also collaborated with Grand Vin to curate a wine list featuring champagnes and premium wines thoughtfully paired to complement Thai flavours and aromatics.
Menu highlights include appetizers such as the Miang Pla Tod, featuring deep-fried seabass wrapped in lotus petal, and the Yam Hoy Shell Yarng, a seared scallop with Thai chilli dressing. Notable mains include the Nuer Wagyu Yarng (grilled Wagyu striploin with spicy Thai sauces), Gaeng Poo Bai Hoorapha (Southern Thai curry with blue crab meat), and Massaman Kaeh (lamb shank in aromatic curries). Seafood lovers can enjoy Pla Krapong Nuengmanao, a steamed seabass with lime and chilli, while dessert offerings include the new Crème Brûlée Mapraow served in a coconut husk alongside the classic Mango Sticky Rice.
