Crafted by Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his culinary team, experience signature Korean dishes, such as Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup), Jjajangmyeon (Noodles with Chicken in Black Bean Sauce), Beef Bulgogi (Korean Grilled Black Angus Beef), Gogi-Gul (Grilled Korean Premium Meat, served with Lettuce and Condiments), Sundubu Jjigae (Spicy Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood), Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Vegetables Rice), Budae Jjigae (Army Stew) and more!

Savor the line-up of Korean side dishes, including Baechu Kimchi (Cabbage Kimchi), Eomuk Bokkeum (Spicy Fish Cake), Gim Gui (Roasted Sesame Seaweed), and Yeongeun Jorim (Sweet Soy Braise Lotus Roots).

Seoul Good will also feature a selection of Korean street food favourites, including Nakji Bokkeum (Spicy Stir-fried Octopus), Dakkkochi (Korean Spicy Chicken Skewers), and Dakgangjeong (Korean Chicken Nuggets) served with Tteokbokki (Hot and Spicy Korean Rice Cake).

End the meal on a sweet note with traditional Korean desserts, such as Yakgwa (Korean Wheat Honey Pastry), and Yaksik (Korean Steamed Glutinous Rice with Chestnuts, Jujube and Pinenuts), which are traditionally enjoyed by Koreans on special occasions.
