At The Lobby Lounge , guests can indulge in a Claire-Luxton-inspired cocktail, mocktail, or tart created by the hotel’s Executive Chef Kenny Chung and mixologist, Dora Amurao. The Secret Garden cocktail (S$32++) mixes Lavender Infused Gin, Sambuca, Banana Liquer Giffard Farfait Amour, Lemon Juice and Hibiscus Syrup Passion Fruit Foam. Claire Luxton’s artwork is displayed on top of a Mixed Berries Bubble Foam. Bloom and Blossom (S$25++) presents an alcohol-free version of the drink. Citrus sponge cake and sable biscuit are topped with elderflower mousse, raspberry and rosella marmalade and glazed to form the Rosella tart (S$26++ per serving). Yuzu cream, edible flowers and lime sauce complete the tart.

Oscar’s will be transformed into a Thai oasis, with exquisite decorations and traditional music to transport guests to the Land of Smiles. Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore continues its commitment to champion the best of what Singapore has to offer by collaborating with burger specialists Crafted by Peter Zwiener. Renowned for its dry-aged, 100% Prime Beef Burgers and Specially Crafted Milkshakes, Crafted by Peter Zwiener will be firing up the outdoor barbeque at Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore to serve a specially compiled brunch menu of their hero dishes on 1 April and 2 April.
The set menu offers a choice between the Classic Burger consisting of 100% USDA Prime Black Angus Beef Patty) , Hensome Hog featuring Hokkaido Pork) , The Forbidden including Chicken and Sriracha or the Corn Fed Chicken Leg prepared with 220gm Sous Vide Whole Chicken Leg. Each dish comes with Crafted’s signature homemade BBQ sauce and a selection of sides including Buffalo Wings, Gambas Al Ajillo and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables.
