Named after Chef Michael’s beloved wife, Emma, the restaurant embodies the essence of “La table d’amis,” which means “the friends’ table” in French.


The La Flemmakueche is one of the highlights, featuring four delightful variations: La Tradition Onion/Lardons with caramelized onions and savory lardons in a creamy Fromage Blanc; La Champignons with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions in Fromage; La Gratinee A L’Emmental with caramelized onions, savory lardons, and Emmental cheese; and La Salmon Fume Maison with house-smoked salmon, capers, and pickled red onions.
