For the mains, the magnificent 45 Days Dry Aged Black Angus Tomahawk is the showstopper while one will also be impressed with the tenderness of the 35 Days Whisky Dry Aged Black Angus Ribeye and the mouthwatering Collin’s Mixed Grill consisting of Chicken Chop, Summer Kabana Pork Sausage and Pork Chop.

Known as the “Wagyu” of Chicken, the Roasted Benja Chicken is the World’s First Brown Rice Fed Chicken and its tenderness will leave you in awe. The Valrhona Chocolate Lava Fondant offers a sweet end to the meal after all the savory treats.

Unlimited servings of Grass-Fed Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Australian Black Angus Sirloin, Cajun Spiced & Garlic Lamb Leg, Crackling Pork Belly, Roast Black Pepper Chicken, BBQ Citrus Flavored Baby Back Ribs, Gourmet Swiss Cheese Pork Sausage, Jumbo English Spiced Pork Sausage and Norwegian Salmon Fillet are served on a wooden platter with Beef Gravy, Curry Wurst, Mint Jelly, Mustard and Thai Pineapple Dip.

Desserts are definitely a must with their cakes and pastries under the Sweet Temptation category, Chocolate Fountain items and Buttermilk Waffle with your choice of sauce and ice cream. My favorites are the Signature Bourbon Vanilla Creme Brulee and the Ondeh Ondeh Cake.

Voted previously as the best ramen in Fukuoka,  Kanada-Ya has opened their newest store in Singapore at Change Alley Mall after their first outlet in Paya Lebar Quarter.

Some of their recommended items include one of the best sellers of their London stores, the aromatic Truffle Ramen that has a Tonkotsu mix soup base flavored with black truffle oil and topped with truffle marinated belly chashu and truffle jelly. There is a vegetarian alternative in the form of their Truffle Veggie Ramen. There is also the Spicy Yuzu Ramen, a dish that is popular in Kanada-Ya Hong Kong stores.

Their Volcano Ramen is one of their top sellers as customers can choose the level of spicyness ranging from level 1 to level 3. The broth is patiently prepared for 30 hours each day by boiling the meat and bones together to achieve a robust flavor.

For Appetisers, we had the Okonomiyaki and Tuna Salad with Signature Sauce. Then it was followed by my favorite Sashimi Set with thick slices of raw fish, their Dry Ramen with chunky pieces of Char Siu, Assorted Sushi , Hana Maki and Mixed Seafood Truffle Maki.

Kushiyaki wise, the Prawn with Roe & Mayonnaise was the highlight and we also savored the Chicken Wing , Pork Belly, Chicken Skin and Bacon with Golden Mushroom. To complement the meal, The Ramen House also serves a wide variety of sake and Japanese beer.

We started with the Mykonos Dip Platter made up of Tzatziki, Hummus and Melitzanosalata dips with Handmade Pita Bread and the Watermelon Salad With Feta consisting of Refreshing Watermelon Bits, Tangy Feta Cheese, Mint Sorbet, Arugula and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Next up is the Htapodaki which is Char-grilled Mediterranean Octopus paired with Pickled Octopus Terrine.

Following that, we had the flavorful Moussaka which is a Greek Eggplant And Beef casserole drizzled with Creamy Béchamel Sauce.  The Mixed Grilled Platter is the highlight of the meal and it is an assortment of fresh seafood such as Whole Seabream, King Prawns, Calamari, Mussels and Char Broiled Octopus.

Refreshing juices and cocktails as well as Epsa Greek Sodas with flavors such as Orangeade , Blood Orange and Lemon Soda are some of the drinks options one can have at Mykonos On The Bay.

No meal is complete without desserts and the Pagoto Giaourti , Home-made Greek Yogurt with Honey Ice Cream, Walnuts, Sponge Cake and the Baklava , Crispy Pistachio Rolls bathed in Honey Syrup and served with homemade Fior Di Latte Ice-cream.

Awadh Dining is an Indian restaurant serving authentic Lucknow food, an exquisite culinary spread that is made for the Nawabs (Emperors). This cuisine uses more than 120 spices and we started with Mango Lassi and Murgh Multani Shorba, an Awadhi signature chicken broth.


Next up was the Bhatti Ka Murgh , pan seared chicken marinated in whole spices, Gosht Galawat, melt-in-your-mouth mutton patties with a blend of over 25 rare spices complemented with Mughlai paratha and yogurt mint chutney and the Tandoori Lehsuni Jhinga, garlic marinated prawns chargrilled in the tandoor oven.


Then we had the Reshmi Broccoli , broccoli florets marinated in cashew paste. Following that, we had the Garlic Butter Naan, Roomali Roti and Ulte Tawe Ka Paratha paired with Sultani Dal, a combination of yellow and red lentils tempered with cumin and green chillies , Lehsuni Motiya Palak, seasonal green vegetables with a choice of corn or cubes of cottage cheese and Murg Makhani Jahangiri , succulent pieces of chicken in a mildly spiced creamy tomato gravy. The highlight is the Awadhi Murg Biryani, boneless pieces of chicken marinated in a blend of over forty spices, layered with fragrant rice and slow-cooked “dum” style for six hours and served with cooling yogurt raita.


We end off the meal with the Zaffrani Malai Phirni , a rich and creamy mughal milk pudding flavored with cardamom and Rose Phirni, a rich and creamy mughal milk pudding flavoured with rose essence.
