The offering includes accessible weekday set menus at $28 for a 2-course and $38 for a 3-course, alongside signature highlights such as the Winestone Signature Burger, Wagyu Flank Steak, Sous Vide Beef Cheek, and Perfectly Grilled Legacy Ribeye. Local-inspired creations like Chilli Crab Rigatoni, Laksa-Kissed Tiger Prawns, and Tableside Pandan Crème Brûlée further reflect the restaurant’s East-meets-West approach.
Elevating the experience are two standout communal dining concepts—the “Longest Meating Ever” sharing platter, a hearty spread featuring Duck Rillette, Crispy Pork Belly, Gochujang Wings, Hamburger Steak, Mac & Cheese and more, designed for leisurely weekend feasting; and the Brunch Stack @Stevens, a visually striking three-tier presentation that brings together sweet and savoury favourites such as Matcha Moelleux, Lava Cake, prawns, Gochujang Wings, Steak & Eggs, and Sambal Mac & Cheese, crafted for sharing, social moments, and an elevated brunch experience.
