Two MICHELIN starred Shisen Hanten by Chef Kentaro, the highest-rated Chinese restaurant in Singapore, ushers in the Year of the Rabbit with a decadent and resplendent ensemble of festive dine-in set menus, À La Carte specials emboldened with Szechuan sensibilities, and festive takeaway treats available from 2 Jan 2023 onwards.
There is a selection of celebrated and divine set menus ranging from the Opulence Menu at $138.80 per guest, Fortune Menu at $158.80 per guest, Triumphant Menu at $178.80 per guest, Splendour Menu at $288.80 per guest, to the extravagant Majestic Menu at $438.80 per guest for 8 guests and above. There will be Shisen Hanten rendition of Yu Sheng for each set menu, with an array of extravagant toppings such as salmon, abalone, scallop, and lobster depending on the chosen menu.
