The House Bar is a boutique lounge for those who appreciate understated luxury and subtle sophistication, set within the compounds of Regent Singapore.
We embarked on a gastronomical journey led by Head Bartender Qing Ting and Chef Yong and began our meal with the Mugicha High-Ball that is made using Mitcher’s American Whisky, Orange Blossom Water and Carbonated Roasted Barley Tea. This is followed by the Oyster Shooter served with Yuzu Ume Jelly and Bluefin Tuna Tartare.
Next we had the Seasonal Fish and Jalapeño, The House Bar Maki, the Negitoro, Uni and Caviar, Wagyu Sando, Hotate Truffle Somen and Kani Donabe
that consists of Snow Crab and Salmon Roe.
The meal ended with the Strawberry Cheesecake and the Kurofune cocktail that is concocted using Shochu, Goma, Nikka Yoichi Single Malt and Amazake.
