Showcasing a refined balance of flavours and premium ingredients, the menu begins with a selection of exquisite starters, from the indulgent Lobster Symphony featuring scallops, lobster, and sea urchin, to the comforting Asparagus Delight with onsen egg and Parma ham, or the vibrant Scarlet Garden with burrata, peach, and pickled mushrooms for a refreshing vegetarian option.
The experience continues with a choice of mains that highlight both land and sea, including the richly composed Ocean’s Bounty: Cod in a luxurious bisque sauce, the herbaceous Primavera Bliss egg pasta, or the robust Josper-Grilled Beef Striploin paired with truffle-infused mashed potatoes.
