St Regis Singapore proudly introduces Tea Room and Patisserie, a refined new destination nestled in its hotel lobby that reimagines the iconic St. Regis afternoon tea ritual with contemporary elegance. Inspired by the nearby Botanic Gardens, the space blends mirrored panels, soft pastel furnishings, and champagne gold accents to create a serene summer garden sanctuary ideal for intimate tête-à-têtes.
Guests are invited to experience the new Summer Garden Afternoon Tea, beginning with a glass of sparkling tea and a personalised tea or coffee selection, brewed tableside by a dedicated tea sommelier. The ritual continues with beautifully crafted savoury canapés and sweets presented on a classic three-tiered stand, and unlimited scones served tableside from a dedicated scone trolley, elegantly paired with clotted cream and a choice of artisanal jams. Afternoon Tea is available from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM, starting from $65++ per person.
Beyond afternoon tea, The Tea Room’s all-day à la carte menu offers refined interpretations of local and Western favourites. Guests can indulge in dishes such as Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tee, Rojak Salad, and Lobster Laksa, alongside intricate desserts like Calamansi Tart and Pandan-Coconut “Tiramisu.”
Tea Room offers live harp music on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, during the afternoon tea service.
