From elegant afternoon teas at The Rose Veranda to the heritage-rich Cantonese cuisine of Shang Palace —helmed by Executive Chinese Chef Daniel Cheung with over 37 years of experience— each concept reflects a balance of tradition and contemporary finesse.


Guests can also savour Southern Italian classics at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano, where Chef Simone Loisi brings authentic flavours inspired by his culinary journey across Italy, France, and Malta, alongside the extensive international buffet spread at The Line and the bold, flame-driven creations at Origin Grill , led by Chef Simon with a focus on robust flavours and premium ingredients.


Highlights are the Artisanal Bread Selection and Unsalted Bordier Butter from Shophouse by Shangri-La, followed by refined appetisers at Shang Palace such as Chilled South African Abalone with Smoked Garlic Sauce and Crispy Fried Milk Custard.
