From now to 13 November 2022, Grand Copthorne Waterfront all-day dining buffet restaurant Food Capital will be presenting its Seafood Night Buffet.
The luxurious spread features an array of international epicurean seafood such as Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters and Canadian Snow Crab Legs. On weekend dinners, crustacean lovers can look forward to indulging in the King of Seafood – Boston Lobster on Ice. Diners can also look out for creations such as the Breaded Mussel with Curry Aioli and Spanish Garlic Prawns.
There is also the Asian BBQ Selections of sustainable seafood such as jumbo prawns and squids, barbequed to perfection. Crab lovers can feast on the delicate flavours of Chili, Black Pepper, Kam Heong and the all-time crowd favourite Salted Egg. Other seafood items include the Salmon Coulibiac, Pesto Crusted Salmon, Barbeque Salmon from the hot selection and the Royale Salmon, Togarashi Salmon and Beetroot Salmon from cold cut selections.
There are also other sections such as the Gastronomic Cavery, Local Dishes, Indian Spice & Tandoor, Muslim Cuisine and Dazzling Desserts to delight in.
