This year’s edition features bold, authentic flavours crafted by renowned celebrity Thai chef and culinary instructor Chef Jareuk Sriaroon, who joins hands with Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and team. Known for his heritage-driven cooking and flair on shows like MasterChef: The Professionals and Top Chef Thailand, Chef Jareuk brings a vibrant showcase of Thai classics reimagined with a farm-to-table twist, using fresh herbs and produce from the hotel’s Urban Farm.
The menu highlights include Beef “Soup Hang Wua”, a rich Wagyu beef oxtail broth, the Seafood Tower Tom Yum Hotpot, and the smoky Salt-Grilled Whole Seabass on weekend dinners. Guests can enjoy live stations serving favourites like Thai Waterfall Grilled Beef Salad and Hoi Tod Mussel Omelette, alongside roasts such as Thai Style Smoked Wagyu Beef Belly and Crying Tiger Grilled Beef with spicy Nam Jaew dip. The spread is rounded out by a variety of Thai curries, from Bamboo Shoot Curry with Chicken to Massaman Curry Lamb Ribs on weekends, plus indulgent seafood creations like Wok-fried Yellow Curry Crab Meat with Crispy Rice Cracker and Rock Lobster in Pineapple Curry, ensuring a feast that captures the true depth and vibrancy of Thai cuisine.
