Peppermint at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay presents Tastes of Taiwan from now to 9 November, an immersive buffet experience celebrating the island’s diverse culinary heritage.


Led by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee, the menu draws from Taiwan’s lush natural pantry and vibrant seafaring roots, showcasing the island’s renowned seafood and coastal flavours alongside comforting Fujian- and Hakka-inspired dishes. Expect highlights such as Whole Abalone, rotating lobster specialties, nourishing double-boiled soups, and farm-fresh produce that let natural flavours shine.


To bring the night market spirit to life, live stations serve iconic Taiwanese street foods including XXL Crispy Chicken and Black Angus Beef Belly Gua Bao. Diners can also enjoy interactive favourites such as the Giant Squid Tomato Hot Pot, alongside signature noodles like Oyster Mee Sua and Taiwanese Black Angus Beef Noodle. Completing this culinary journey are indigenous dishes such as Tribal-Style Roast Chicken, Roasted Whole Lamb Leg, and Hot Stone Grilled Fish Collar that celebrate Taiwan’s wild, mountainous tradition.
