Highlights from the ocean include Giant Freshwater Prawn, Steamed Lobster Claw Chawanmushi, Lobster Bisque with Cognac, smoky Barbecued Slipper Lobster, Mala Crawfish Baby Lobster Pot, Giant Squid, and the delicate En Papillote Giant Queensland Grouper. Meat lovers can look forward to Marinated Lamb T-bone, Rosemary Spring Chicken, and the show-stopping Slow Roasted Prime Rib carved to order — each plate a fresh journey of flavours.
