Green Monday Singapore is collaborating with burger and cocktail bar Three Buns to launch a series of new plant based dishes that are poised to whet your appetite.
Offering possibly the best burgers in Singapore, the signature items are the Beyond The Dog that uses Beyond Meat bratwurst, Omni Wan Kenobi Cheeseburger and Omni Hustle Gong Bao Burger that consist of seared Omnimeat patty, Nugg It that is from Alpha Foods and Fishless and Chips that is prepared with battered Gardein fishless fillet.

House On The Moon at Great World has launched their Tart series. The first of which is Garden By The Bay, a homage to Singapore iconic Gardens By The Bay which infuse together the taste and aroma of berry and floral freshness in the garden. Each bite is a release of the different layer of flavors that seeks to luxuriate your tastebuds and leave you with an unforgettable gastronomical experience.
Shown here are the Black Forest Tart, Mango & Passion Tart, Lemon Tart, Chocolate Tart and the Moon Walk Tart, a mini version of their signature dessert Moon Walk. The Mango & Passion Tart stands out for having a zesty and refreshing flavor while the Black Forest Tart will appeal to you visually with its delicate toppings.
They have also introduced new savory items. The starter is the eye catching Fruity Gazpacho, a cold Spanish soup made of raw, blended vegetables and Bread paired with their housemade dips, Eggplant with Salted Egg , Roasted Paprika with Walnut and Cumin as well as Chickpea Hummus.
Next up is the Scallops with Yuzu Foam, Pineapple and Coconut. Meat lovers will relish their Iberico Secreto with Homemade Sauce and Sous Vide Chicken with Parsley and Coriander Sauce. Both of which will blow you away with the tenderness of the meat and the complexity of their flavors.
The Egg & Cocao Pasta with Beef Cheek is a masterpiece. Shown here is a sampling portion, the Cocoa noodles deserves all the plaudits and you will marvel at the creativity of their head chef Huseyin Turan who is the protégée of Michelin-starred chef Juan Amardor.

Robert Timms has returned with a new outlet at Suntec City bringing back their popular dishes and also introducing new menu items.
We began the meal with the Roasted Chicken Salad and Mussels in White Wine. Next up was meat galore as we indulged in Fish & Chips, 120 Day Aussie Ribeye and Coffee-rubbed Tomahawk Pork Chop, all of which will be incredibly satisfying for the meat lovers.
Robert Timms has also launched the D’Impossibles Plant Based Diet menu along with The Connoisseur Concerto in a collaboration with Impossible Foods. Shown here are the Impossible Cheese Burger , Impossible Quesadilla and Impossible Chilli Con Carne Fries. Last but not least, there is always time for the likes of Over The Top Milkshakes, Sticky Date Pudding and Lamington to end the meal on a sweet note.

Get your greens from their Mixed Vegetables Salads with Fresh Prawn and Mixed Vegetables Salads with Dried Fruits and Nuts before proceeding to the main courses Big Tiger Prawn Aglio Olio, Spaghetti Vongole, Crispy Chicken Tomato Pasta and Mixed Grilled Meat Hot Platter. The Crispy Chicken Tomato Pasta stands out for its dainty squid ink Farfelle coated in appetising tomato sauce.
The sizeable chunks of pork, chicken and ribeye beef in the Mixed Grilled Meat Hot Platter are torched to provide the finishing sear. Decadent treats Lychee Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake and Fruity Jelly ensure a toothsome end to the meal.

We had the Discovery Special Set Dinner Menu and for the Appetizer, it was the London’ Duck Pancake Roll, Parma Ham, Pineapple, Crispy Beancurd Skin Chili Crab Meat Swan Pastry 伦敦鸭两味拼辣椒蟹天鹅酥. This dish impresses with its presentation and the tangy chili crab sauce.
Next we had the Double-Boiled Baby Abalone Soup with Sea Whelk , Conpoy and Bamboo Pith in Mini Golden Pumpkin 金瓜盅螺头炖竹笙干贝鲍鱼仔汤. The broth is prepared using premium ingredients and it is both tasty and comforting.
Following that, we had the Steamed Sea Perch with Capsicum Preserved Chilli 湘式剁椒蒸鲈鱼. The spicyness is quite intense and complements the succulent meat perfectly.
Meat lovers will find joy in the Baked Kurobuta Pork with Bacon and XO Chilli Sauce X.O.酱蒙古黑豚肉扒. The tenderness of the meat and the flavorsome sauce coating it will leave you in awe.
The Stewed River Prawn, Crispy Egg Noodle Ball, Ginger, Spring Onion, Egg Gravy 姜葱滑蛋大头虾脆麺球 is the highlight of the meal. The dainty Noodle Ball and juicy Stewed River Prawn will catch your eye and captivate your tastebuds.
The Chilled Cream of Avocado, Vanilla Ice Cream Red Bean, Coconut Pudding 牛油果香草雪糕拼红豆椰汁糕 completes the meal with the thick and consistent avocado cream being an absolute delight.

The rain might have dampened my mood but thankfully there is still the lovely river view and mouthwatering dishes at Dallas Cafe & Bar in Marina Bay Sands.
Starters wise, we had the Snapper Fish Tacos with the appetising pineapple chutney . The Antipasto Platter consisted of Salami , Prosciutto, Ham, Olives, Mozzarella to pair with the Freshly Baked Bread.
The Lamb Burger stood out for me as the combination of cucumber, mint yoghurt, cheese and aioli for the lamb patty is refreshing. We also had the Prosciutto Ham pizza and two lovely mocktails Watermelon Mint Virgin Mojito and Frozen Yuzu Lemonade to complete the meal.
