
One-Ninety Bar in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore introduces an exclusive Modern Korea Afternoon Tea, in collaboration with the acclaimed Oul from Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. Running from now to 30 November, this limited-time experience captures the bold spirit of modern Seoul through a creative spread of reimagined Korean delicacies, artfully crafted sweets, and vibrant snacks. Guests can look forward to indulgent bites such as Kimchi Bomb with Double-Smoked Bacon, Boston Lobster Brioche Roll with Gochujang Aioli and White Kimchi Slaw, Braised Beef Oxtail Terrine with Galbi Glaze, and an Oyster King Mushroom Taco with Bulgogi Glaze and Perilla Pesto.
The sweets are a refined take on Korean favourites, featuring Omija Pudding with Pear Compote, Raspberry Yanggaeng, Black Sesame Truffle, Yakgwa Financier, and the refreshing Hwachaee icy fruit punch.
Completing the gastronomic journey is the signature Bingsu, a milk shaved ice delight with matcha, red beans, and seasonal toppings. Enhancing the afternoon tea are bespoke cocktails crafted with premium Korean spirits, including Hwachaee with Jung One Gin and chrysanthemum honey, the sparkling Ssal 75 with makgeolli, and the inventive Sool Bab featuring Ki One Tiger Whisky.
