Among the standout highlights is the Hyderabad Dum Briyani, a showstopping centrepiece featuring a whole roasted lamb marinated for 24 hours with a blend of 10 aromatic spices, delivering deep, rich flavours in every bite.
The buffet also showcases a range of premium creations including the Whole Norwegian Salmon With Nyonya Sauce, infused with fragrant lemongrass, chilli padi, lime and garlic for a bold local twist, alongside the hearty Braised Black Angus Beef With Ranch Sauce. Guests can further indulge in dishes from the seafood counter featuring Chilled Cooked Prawns, Mussels And Boston Lobster, alongside show kitchen favourites such as Singapore Laksa, Grilled Marinated Prawn, and Chicken Satay With Condiments.
