In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sofitel Sentosa Singapore is launching its annual Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea at LEBAR. The savoury selection includes Smoked Salmon with Bottarga Cream Cheese on Pink Bread, Choux Puff with Goat Cheese Mousse, Brie and Fig Marmalade on a Hazelnut Cracker, Lobster Oriental in a Pie Tee Cup, and Cucumber Sandwiches. For something sweet, there are Petit Ispahan, Frasier Tart, Rose Macaron, Raspberry Choux Puff and Strawberry Yoghurt Panna Cotta, followed by Butter and Cranberry Scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam. Each set comes with free-flowing Nespresso Coffee or TWG Tea.
Families can also enjoy the Pink Ribbon Kids’ Afternoon Tea, created for children aged 12 and below. Highlights include Egg Mayo Sandwiches on Pink Bread, Lobster Oriental in a Pie Tee Cup and Berry Skewers. Each child’s set includes one drink, with a choice of juice, soft drink, babyccino, hot chocolate or fruit tea.
$5.00 nett from every adult-priced afternoon tea set sold will be donated directly to the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) to support their vital initiatives.
