Food lovers can expect an adventurous lineup of savoury durian dishes such as Gratin Parmigiana Durian, Durian Beurre Blanc Roasted Seabass, and Durian Laksa, alongside sweet treats like Durian Gula Melaka Kueh Dadar and Fresh Durian Crème Brûlée. On launch day, Udders will take over the live dessert station with two debut creations — Durian Cheesecake and Durian Pengat, featuring over 30% real durian. Guests will also enjoy their signature Emperor Mao ice cream made with 54% Mao Shan Wang. Post-launch, these flavours will rotate throughout the buffet period.
