In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, Edge Restaurant at Pan Pacific Singapore presents “Flavours of the Lion City” — a vibrant tribute to the nation’s rich culinary heritage.


From now to 9 August 2025, diners can embark on a nostalgic journey led by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team. Discover an enticing array of local favourites and modern reimaginings, including Salt Baked Crab, Wok-fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Opah Leaf, Peppery Bak Kut Teh with Pig Stomach, and a live station featuring Durian Kueh Pie Tee — all alongside Edge’s signature Singapore Laksa.


To mark the SG60 milestone, diners can enjoy a special SG60 Saturday Lunch Buffet on 2 and 9 August at just $60 nett per person (U.P. $80++), available with a minimum group of four diners. Each guest will receive a complimentary welcome drink — a perfect reason to gather with loved ones and toast to six decades of shared memories and national pride.
