Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard unveils a refreshed à la carte menu that celebrates the richness of Southeast Asian flavours through contemporary techniques, premium ingredients, and thoughtfully sourced produce. Set within its signature nature-inspired space, the restaurant continues to reinterpret familiar regional classics with a refined, modern approach — where each dish balances nostalgia with innovation.


Among the highlights are starters such as Sliced Pig Trotter Mosaic, featuring Dark Rice Vinegar Braised Pig Trotter, Zhenjiang Vinaigrette, and Crispy Ginger; Kam Heong Octopus Tentacles served with Green Mango Slaw and Piquillo Emulsion; and Baked Camembert paired with Black Truffle Chinese Olives, Pine Nuts, and Sourdough Toast.
