Had a lovely evening at W Singapore, starting at WOOBAR for the Cove Mixer — an intimate Champagne and sparkling wine tasting hosted by The Vintage Wine Club, accompanied by live music. It was a relaxed start to the evening, with a curated selection of French Champagne and sparkling wines.

At SKIRT, A Journey Through French Wine began with NV R de Ruinart Champagne, France as the pre-meal wine, before moving into the dinner pairings guided by Vintage’s in-house sommelier.
Grilled Fremantle Octopus and Cubano Iberico Pluma were paired with 2023 Louis Jadot Pinot Noir, Bourgogne, followed by SKIRT’s Steak Board, Charred Hispi Cabbage and Smoked Mashed Potato with 2022 Submission Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening ended with a seasonal Tart paired with La Spinetta Biancospino Moscato d’Asti.
