CLOVE at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore welcomes the new year with a vibrant celebration of Indonesian cuisine, in collaboration with Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. From now to 1 February, Executive Sous Chef Adi will take over the kitchen with a buffet showcase inspired by the distinct flavours of Bali, Manado and East Nusa Tenggara, highlighting Indonesia’s bold spices, fragrant herbs and layered flavours shaped by centuries of cultural exchange.


Guests can look forward to reimagined signatures such as Lawar Ayam, Crispy Babi Bumbu Bali, Bebek Betutu, Sei Sapi Sambal Luat and Benggiri Masak Woku, alongside immersive live stations like Satay Lilit made to order. The experience is rounded off with comforting Indonesian desserts including Martabak Manis Ketan Hitam and Pisang Rai, offering a warm and flavourful journey through Indonesia’s culinary heritage.
