Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) presents A Taste of Ireland: Samhain Edition — a month-long culinary celebration

Ireland’s finest produce takes the spotlight in Singapore this October as Bord Bia (The Irish Food Board) presents A Taste of Ireland: Samhain Edition — a month-long culinary celebration inspired by Ireland’s ancient harvest festival and the origins of Halloween. Running from now to 15 November 2025, the campaign unites six of Singapore’s most celebrated dining destinations — Cygnet by Sean Connolly , Brasserie Astoria , Carnaby , UMMI Lebanese Dining , Morsels, and Boaters Bar at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove — to showcase the quality, provenance, and sustainability of Ireland’s premium grass-fed beef, tender duck, rich dairy, and pristine Atlantic seafood through a series of exclusive dishes.

Drawing inspiration from Samhain (pronounced “Sow-in”), a tradition that dates back over 2,000 years and marked the end of the harvest season, A Taste of Ireland reimagines the spirit of community, warmth, and abundance for modern tables in Singapore.

Highlights include the Shanky Panky welcome cocktail crafted with Born Irish Whiskey and Shanky’s Whip by Carnaby, Irish Oyster Platters by UMMI Lebanese Dining , Irish Beef Fillet by Cygnet by Sean Connolly, and signature duck creations such as Confit Duck Leg by Carnaby , Irish Duck Breast by Boaters Bar at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove and dessert UMMI Baklawa by UMMI Lebanese Dining.
