As part of Amara Singapore ongoing 40th anniversary and National Day celebrations, Cafe Oriental presents Bites of Nostalgia, a specially curated experience created in partnership with MILO®. Celebrating familiar Singapore flavours with a playful twist, the experience begins with a MADE WITH MILO® Signature Welcome Drink, with guests choosing between Hor Ka Sai, a bold blend of coffee and MILO® with a rich, chocolatey and creamy finish, or Sai Ka Hor, a comforting combination of fragrant tea and MILO® with a smooth, malty chocolate finish. The menu continues with an assortment of savoury favourites, including Vol-Au-Vent, Hae Bee Hiam Kueh Pie Tee, Chilli Crab with Mantou, and Otah Tempura Sushi Roll.
Rounding off the experience is a selection of indulgent sweet treats that pair nostalgic flavours with contemporary flair. Sweet Delights MADE WITH MILO® include Tart with Caramelised Walnut Crunch, Financier, Sesame Peanut Rice Ball, and Pancake with Condensed Milk & MADE WITH MILO® Sauce, while additional desserts such as Cempedak Cake and Mango Mousse complete the spread.
