An exceptional culinary collaboration between Burnt Ends Hospitality Group and Pullman Singapore Orchard is happening from now to 21 January 2024!

Meatsmith will embark on a two-week residency at Eden Restaurant while
artisanal Burnt Ends Bakery will host weekend pop-up bakery counters at Atelier Lounge.
 
This pop-up introduces Meatsmith celebrated dishes alongside a special Pullman x Meatsmith Collab Selection, blending Meatsmith’s essence with Eden Restaurant Asian twist.


Featured here is the exclusive The Pullman Platter for 2 pax consisting of Corn Bread and Smoked Butter, Crab Cakes, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Lamb Satay, Shrimp Paste Chicken and Beef Short Rib Rendang paired with sides Kale and Feta Salad and Pastrami Mac and Cheese.


Other recommended options will be the Meatsmith Wagyu Burger and 14-hour Smoked Brandt USDA Choice Beef Brisket. There are 4 cocktails specially concocted for the pop up and two of each shown here is the Hardley Dave-In-Sun (Bourbon, Meatsmith Hot Sauce, Citrus, Foamee, Smoked Bacon) and Smoked Old Fashioned (Bourbon, Smoked Butter, Popcorn Syrup). End off the meal with desserts Oreo Ice Cream Cake, Peach Cobbler, Lemon Meringue Pie and Roasted Marshmallows.
