VUE presents its Winter Dinner Menu, meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Sam Chin, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients in an elevated dining experience. Available Monday to Saturday from 5.30pm to 12am (last order at 10.15 pm), the menu offers a variety of indulgent selections, including the six-course Winter Discovery Menu at $388++ per person, alongside an array of signature grilled meats, fresh seafood, and expertly curated wine pairings.
