This year, Executive Pastry Chef Ben Soo brings us on a whimsical journey with his creation, the Gnomes and Fairies Afternoon Tea. Presenting an assortment of 13 enthralling treats – featuring delights such as Winter Truffle, Chicken Roulade, Atlantic Lobster, Beed Vol Au Vent, Cherry Gateau, Mont Blanc, Chocolate Mint, Pistachio Cranberry, Traditional Rum Mix Fruit Cake, Stollen and Gingerbread Spices and Lemon Vanilla Scones.
