Curated by Executive Chef David Toh and Head Chef Witoon Kamonphun from M Social Hotel Phuket , this buffet brings the vibrant flavors of Phuket to Singapore.
The buffet features live cooking stations and an array of authentic Thai dishes, including Tom Yum Goong, Phad Thai Goong, Khao Soi Gai, and Yum Neau Yang. Guests can also enjoy unique high-protein specialties like Silkworm Thai Basil Pork Pizza and Crispy Cricket Onion Quiche, inspired by Thailand’s vibrant night markets.
To round off the meal, a delightful selection of Thai desserts, such as Tab Tim Krob, Kao Niew Ma Moung, and Khanom Tom, ensures a satisfying and indulgent finale.
