Looking back at the Sunday Brunch Oktoberfest Edition at The Kitchen Table in W Singapore! It was an amazing experience filled with the vibrant flavors of Bavarian cuisine and lively festive vibes.
From savoring Black Forest Ham, Pretzels, and German Potato Salad to indulging in White Sausage, Roast Pork Knuckle, and the delicious Flamkuchen, a thin-crusted “pizza” with cream, onions and bacon, every bite was a delight. Ended the feast on a sweet note with the likes of Grilled Pineapple Cheese Cake and Green Tea Panna Cotta.
Other highlights were the Seafood Wall, local favorites Singapore Chili Crab, Wok-Fried Black Pepper Prawn, Live Station Noodle Counter offering Herbal Pepper Pork Rib Broth and Seafood Laksa. Guests enjoyed free-flow beverage packages featuring Sommelier wines, cocktails, spirits, and Erdinger Beer, with the option to upgrade to Moët & Chandon Brut or Rosé.
