Shaburi & Kintan which combines both hotpot and grill option in one concept has launched a New Grand Menu 2020. They are introducing premium meat cuts such as Angus Beef Sukiyaki, Diamond Karubi and the crowd-favorite Iberico Pork Collar.
They have also added new side dishes to their menu such as Salmon Sushi Roll, Aburi Salmon Sushi Roll and California Roll as well as the likes of Bibimbap, Tonkotsu Ramen, Beef Niku Udon and Yakisoba in the new “Rice & Noodle” category.
Yakuzen Soup, Japanese Herbal Soup that is miso based and simmered with healthy spices such as ginger, leek, star anise, garlic and cinnamon is a new addition to their broth options for shabu shabu.
To ensure safe distancing, customers now scan a QR code to access the online menu to order the hotpot and grill items. They can also fill up a form to have their ala carte items, drinks and dessert delivered to their table.
