
Racines at Sofitel Singapore City Centre unveils a brand-new menu on 2 April, spotlighting the seamless blend of French and Asian culinary traditions. Curated to surprise and delight, the refreshed à la carte selection showcases the natural essence of fresh ingredients paired with refined, nuanced flavours. Guests can experience this new offering from Sunday to Friday during lunch (12pm to 3pm) and daily for dinner (5:30pm to 10pm), promising a dining journey full of discovery and indulgence.
Diners can look forward to starters such as Five Spice Foie Gras Pate and Pan Roasted Duck Foie Gras. There is also the rich and flavourful Racines Lobster Bisque, beautifully presented with lobster claw and tail.
The seafood highlight will be the Soy Baked Black Cod and Pan Seared Salmon. For poultry courses, one can delight in the Salt-baked Pineapple Yellow Chicken Leg and Pineapple-Fed Yellow Chicken Supreme.
