The culinary experience starts with a DIY Singapore Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tee ($18 for 6 pieces), featuring delicate pastry shells, plump crab, and Eden Restaurant’s homemade Chilli Crab sauce.
For the main course, one can enjoy a selection of gourmet skewers:
- Laksa Tiger Prawns ($34) with traditional laksa spices.
- Sambal Turmeric Mackerel Steak ($34) marinated in sambal and turmeric.
