Pullman Singapore Hill Street is celebrating Singapore’s SG60 with a special afternoon tea collaboration with Old Chang Kee Singapore at Madison’s. Running from now to 30 April, this limited-time experience blends Old Chang Kee’s signature local flavors with Madison’s contemporary presentation.


The menu is divided into two key sections: Sweet Fun and Sidewalk Savouries. The sweet selections include classic flavors such as Ondeh Ondeh cake, featuring fragrant pandan and gula melaka, and Mango Sago Pomelo pudding, which adds a refreshing tropical touch.


The Pandan Scones, paired with kaya and whipped cream, provide a delightful fusion of Western and local flavors. On the savory side, guests can enjoy Confit Chicken Brioche with chili mayo, Mini Pullman Style Rojak, and signature Old Chang Kee creations such as the Curry Potato Puff and Sardine Puff.
