Peppermint at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay is partnering with the Embassy of Indonesia to launch its first-ever Wonderful Indonesia buffet from now to 31 March 2025, in collaboration with MasterChef Indonesia judge Chef Degan Septoadji.
Featuring authentic Indonesian cuisine, the buffet highlights signature dishes such as Whole Kambing Guling (roast lamb with spices), Black Angus Beef Guling, a succulent roasted Black Angus beef prepared with traditional spices , Bebek Betutu (Balinese-spiced roast duck), Lobster Bakar Bumbu Jimbaran (grilled lobster with bold spices), and Ikan Acar Kuning (fried fish with tangy yellow pickles).
Vegetarian options like Sayur Lodeh (vegetable stew in coconut gravy) and Jukut Nangka Mekuah (jackfruit curry) are also available, alongside desserts such as Kolak Pisang (banana in coconut milk) and Bolu Gulung Ondeh (ondeh-ondeh chiffon roll).
The buffet, presented with the Indonesian Embassy, offers traditional décor and live Indonesian dance performances on select weekends. A social media giveaway with Garuda Indonesia and Pan Pacific Jakarta will reward winners with flight vouchers and a luxury hotel stay. Prices start at $ 72++ for weekday lunches and $ 112++ for weekend dinners, with free dining for children under six.
