From now to 30 April 2022, Peppermint at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay brings back Peranakan fare in their all-you-can-eat buffet with select creations enlivened by vegetables, herbs and spices grown and harvested from their urban farm.
Featuring more than 20 heritage dishes infused with the rich flavours of Straits Chinese cuisine, featured here are Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee’s menu quintessential Peranakan dishes such as
