The Moonlight Luxe A La Carte Dinner Buffet ups the ante with premium animal dishes such as Black Pepper Crab, Deep-fried Soon Hock Fish, Herbal Prawns, and a mini Buddha-Jumps-Over-the-Wall. Enjoy unlimited servings of over 40 delectable items during your 2-hour dinner buffet session. In celebration of Mother’s and Father’s Day weekends, the eldest mother or father at each table dines for free. All guests will be treated to complimentary Emerald Nyonya Bibik dishes and a bottomless Durian Dessert Buffet (worth S$68++ per person). For a more intimate affair, the Parent’s Day Set Menu features indulgent items like Roasted Boneless Suckling Pig, Red Garoupa with Yunnan Ham, Wok-Sautéed Australian Scallop with Kohlrabi Bulbs in Nyonya Kum Heong Sauce, Lobster Two Ways – Head and Claw tossed in Fragrant Salt & Pepper, Baked Lobster Meat infused with Lime Lemongrass, Braised Mee-Sua Noodles with Stewed Australian Abalone in Umami-Rich Abalone Sauce.
On the celebratory weekends (3, 4, 10 & 11 May, 7, 8, 14 & 15 June), the eldest mother or father at each table dines for free.
