Was at Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay Skyline Bar recently for the Chic Picnic organised by The Girl With A Hat , a fashion brand making exclusive headpieces with a crew of international designers.
The floral arrangement for the event was created by Lilac Summers Floral Workshops and there was also a showcase by Anna (anna.sg) who captures strong, powerful and compassionate photos of women.
Guests were treated to the Picnic in an Oasis afternoon tea by Portman’s Bar which consists of the below sweet and savory items.
