Origin Grill welcomes Chef de Cuisine Simon Bell, an Australian culinary expert who began his career in 2008.


He plans to enhance Origin Grill dining concept by introducing innovative menu dishes, elevating signature Josper Charcoal Grilled Steaks with uncommon cuts, creating bold, flavor-focused dishes, and incorporating Southeast Asian influences to celebrate vibrant flavors,


We started with the below recommended appetizers

Seasonal Oysters Two Pieces
Tamarind, Calamansi, Chili, Gula Melaka, Coriander

Wagyu Tartare
Blackmore MB3 Eye Round, Capers, Shallot,
Pepper Leaf, Quail Egg, Croissant

Hokkaido Scallop
Kombu Butter, Cucumber, Sea Grapes

Char Grilled Octopus
Fremantle Octopus, Chickpea, Peppers, Green Tomato, Lime, Walnut

Next we had the below steaks. The beef is grilled in the Josper oven, over a combination of iron bark wood and charcoal at 400 degrees celsius, giving a charred finish adding a depth of flavour to
their meat.

The steaks can be paired with a variety of sides and featured here are the Charred Carrots and Baked Rice
