Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro at Hilton Singapore Orchard introduces a brand-new weekend brunch experience. Set within a refreshed space that blends Japanese, Chinese, and Singaporean influences, the brunch celebrates Chūka Szechwan Ryori — Szechwan flavours elevated by refined Japanese techniques.


Priced at $88++ per guest (minimum two guests), the experience includes a signature trio appetiser and a choice of soup (served once), followed by unlimited orders of dim sum, barbecued items, main courses, and handcrafted desserts. A 7-course vegetarian option ($68++) is also available. Guests can elevate the experience further with champagne, wine, or the free-flow Aged Mandarin Cocktail.


The menu opens with a Trio Appetiser featuring Sweet and Sour Jellyfish, Chilled Steamed Chicken with Spicy Sesame Sauce, and Szechwan Sliced King Mushrooms with Mala Sauce, paired with a choice of nourishing soups like the Dried Scallop, Crab Meat & Fish Maw Soup or Szechwan Hot and Sour Soup.


Dim sum selections include Steamed “Siew Mai” with Tobiko, Deep-fried Taro Dumpling, and Steamed Spinach Shrimp Dumplings. BBQ specialties such as Pan-seared Peking Duck, Honey-glazed Hokkaido Shirobuta Pork Char Siew, and Crispy Roasted Pork Belly lead into hearty mains like Chen’s Mapo Tofu with Hokkaido Rice, Chen’s Original Spicy Dry Noodles, and Diced Wagyu Garlic Fried Rice.


Dessert choices such as Chilled Mango Pudding, Almond Pudding, and Szechwan Jelly with Seasonal Fruits bring the meal to a refreshing close.
