The Bursting Meatball is undoubtedly the highlight, its huge and succulent with the juice within bursting delightfully after the first bite. Yellow rice wine or Shao Xing Hua Diao Jiu is added to their superior broth for soup dishes which makes it incredibly flavorful. Special mention goes to their tantalizing chilli sauce. Although I have a low tolerance for spicyness, I could not resist dipping the Fried Foo Chook and meatballs in it to elevate the taste even further
