La Table d’Emma , nestled within the new Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre , is a French culinary haven that promises an authentic blend of Alsace traditions and classic French cuisine, expertly curated by the visionary Chef Michael Muller.
Named after Chef Michael’s beloved wife, Emma, the restaurant embodies the essence of “La table d’amis,” which means “the friends’ table” in French.
The La Flemmakueche is one of the highlights, featuring four delightful variations: La Tradition Onion/Lardons with caramelized onions and savory lardons in a creamy Fromage Blanc; La Champignons with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions in Fromage; La Gratinee A L’Emmental with caramelized onions, savory lardons, and Emmental cheese; and La Salmon Fume Maison with house-smoked salmon, capers, and pickled red onions.
Another signature is the Bouchée à la Reine, a flaky pastry is paired with veal, chicken and a creamy, dreamy mushroom velout. This dish holds a place in Chef Michael’s heart as it was the very first meal he prepared for his wife on their first date.
