Go on a gastronomic journey to the East and West at SE7ENTH in Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore. Acting Executive Chef Gary Lim has designed a refreshed ala carte menu consisting of eight new mains.
We started with their Signature Crispy Chicken Wings with Truffle Maple Drizzle. Then this was followed by the mouthwatering Wagyu Katsu sandwich featuring tender breaded Wagyu striploin steak medium done and sandwiched between grilled brioche. Next was the Alaskan King Crab Seafood Platter with Truffle Risotto that consists of king crab legs, mussels and prawns baked in garlic and herbs and served with a lush bowl of truffle risotto topped with crab meat.
Another one that catches the eye is the Oakwood Premier Nasi Lemak, an elevated Asian delight of sambal king river prawns, mussels, crispy turmeric chicken, fried egg and fragrant coconut milk-infused rice. Acting Executive Chef Gary Lim has also come up with his own rendition of a locals’ favorite, the Mala Xiang Guo that is prepared using his special recipe of blended Sichuan peppercorn, chili, garlic and shallots. Fans of this dish will relish the likes of prawns, scallops, black mussels, squid, quail eggs and noodles in it.
