From fresh ceviches to premium cuts expertly seasoned and finished over charcoal fire, the Peruvian-inspired Mediterranean fare of Mosella located in Pan Pacific Orchard brings a world of flavors.


Mosella is helmed by Executive Chef Pedro Samper, a San Sebastian native who has honed his skills over two decades in Michelin-starred kitchens across dynamic cities like Hong Kong, Japan and Spain.


Featured here are Crudo (Raw) dishes Hokkaldo Scallop Ceviche, Hamachi Tiradito and Red Tuna Ceviche Nikkel. Next up were Jamon Iberico Bellota and Gambas Al Ajillo, which are King Prawns paired with Chilli, Garlic Oil and Parsley.


This is followed by their Grilled Mains, Black Cod and Lamb Chops before ending off the meal with sweet treats Cacao and Tarte De Queso which is Burnt Basque Cheesecake served with Apple and Vanilla Ice Cream.


Diners can then choose to head up to Florette located within the Garden Terrace of the hotel at Level 11 for a tipple of their extensive selection of exquisite cocktails.
