Be captivated by their steak options that will be served sizzling hot to the table with your choice of 2 sides and sauce. The highlight is the 180 grams of Tajima Wagyu Striploin and we savored the tender beef which is drenched in Homemade BBQ sauce with sides Burnt Butter Asparagus with Eggs and Grilled Pumpkin with Brussels Sprouts and Bacon.
We also had the Angus Grass Fed Ribeye with Peppercorn sauce drizzled over as well as sides Herb Salad and Sweet Potato Fries. Other options include BBQ Pork Ribs, Angus Grass Fed Tenderloin, Prime Grade US Omaha Striploin, Whole Spring Chicken, Miso Salmon, Hangover Burger and Crispy “Har Cheong Kai” Chicken Burger.
There is also a variety of Starters, Soup, Pasta, Desserts and Beverages to pair with the meal and featured here are the Prawn Cocktail, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta with Red Onions, Tomatoes and Olive Oil, Spicy Chilli Crab Rigatoni and Pistachio Creme Brulee with Orange Sable Breton & Fresh Berries.
