Enjoy the Tantalising Thai Buffet at Peppermint, Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay from now to 8 November 2024.


This buffet is a collaboration between Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his culinary team with award-winning Chef Wattanassak “Bas” Changkeb , and Tourism Authority of Thailand.


Start your meal with Gaeng Kua Saparod Lobster featuring juicy rock lobster in tangy pineapple and tamarind gravy, or try Pla Pao Kluea, a sustainably sourced whole barramundi grilled with salt and served with aromatic lemongrass.


The buffet also includes delicious Thai dishes such as Beef “Soup Hang Wua” (Spicy Wagyu Beef Oxtail Tower with Coriander), Thai Style Slow Roast Black Angus Tomahawk, and Pu Pad Pong Kari, a savory crab stir-fry with fragrant yellow curry.


Spice up your tastebuds with Kaeng Phed Ped Yang, tender roast duck in red curry sauce, and complete the experience with Classic Thai Seafood Soup, infused with lime, chili, and lemongrass, all grown from Peppermint’s Urban Farm.


End your meal with traditional Thai desserts like Khao Niaow Ma Muang, sticky rice with mango, and Khanom Tako, a creamy coconut-based pudding.
